The requirements are listed below are what we expect from sub-contractors for Silver Designs E-commerce Solutions.

The Sub-Contractor for Self-Promotional Positions shall:

Be available for the weekly hour minimum, unless explanation is received prior to the end of the workweek.

Perform the mandatory self-promotion tasks put forth to help you increase your call volume. This includes trolling, writing in newsgroups, blogging in your character’s live journal, recorded voice clips and so on.

Work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including at least one weekend day/night.

Have the ability to be online and on the phone at the same time.

Have a quiet place to do calls where no children, animals, or visitors may interrupt/be heard in your conversations on call.

Note: We advertise as a company for all our websites, but please be aware that  with Self-Promoting”  and “Trolling” for our company it does consists of being in chat rooms, and going to Yahoo or AOL chat rooms.

Self-Promoting Pay Rates:

Your pay per minute is 1.15 per min for the first 30 days after which your pay will increase to 1.25 provided you have met the 30 hour minimum for each pay period.
